Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch/shipping.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- During Ganesh Chaturthi season, dispatch timelines may be faster, so customers are requested to contact us immediately for cancellation requests.

Refund For Cancelled Orders
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days depending on the payment provider or bank.
- Transaction or payment gateway charges, if applicable, may be deducted.
Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be cancelled:
- Orders already shipped or out for delivery
- Customized or specially made Ganpati idols
- Bulk or mandal bookings once production has started
- Last-minute festival bookings prepared for dispatch
Change In Order
If you wish to modify your order (size, design, address, etc.), please contact us before dispatch. We will try our best to accommodate the request based on production and availability.
Delayed Deliveries
Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected due to:
- High festive demand
- Weather conditions
- Courier delays
- Traffic or operational issues
Such delays may not qualify for cancellation or refund once the order has been dispatched.

- Refuse cancellation requests after dispatch
